    We would like to introduce our two new products! During the last months we have combined our complete knowledge and developed different versions of saprima.

    saprima Basic is a good opportunity to manage projekts in small scales. We will show you the concrete handling with projekts and employees. We will show you the concrete range of functions which are available in our smallest version.

    SCRUM ist die gängigste agile Methode, mit der gerade Entwicklungsprojekte sehr gut abgearbeitet werden können. Mit einfachen Mitteln, wie SCRUM-Board mit Story-Zetteln und einer einfachen Burndowngrafik welche sie an die Wand kleben, ist es einfach einen Überblick über die laufenden Arbeiten im Projekt zu haben.
    Wie sieht es aber für das Management aus, wenn es wissen will:

    „“What can still be done on projects this year?”
    or
    "Did we earn anything on this project?"

    Dafür ist es notwendig, dass Ressourcenplanung, mindestens auf Rollenbasis durchgeführt wird. Für einen Soll-Ist-Vergleich muss der Aufwand erfasst und ausgewertet werden.
    Meistens findet dies in verschiedenen Tools (MS Excel, SCRUM-TOOL, SAP…) statt. Eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf Projekte, von der Angebotsphase bis zu „Lessons Learned“ wird hier schwierig und aufwändig.

    Having an overview of all current projects is important and easy to visualize in MS Excel. It becomes more difficult if you have to present all current and expected projects, taking into account deadlines and resource availability!
