The RMRM is a model for evaluating the maturity level of resource management in your company or department. It allows you to successfully implement and optimize the resource management adapted to your requirements and operate it for the long term. The RMRM gives you a clear overview of the maturity level you are currently in and how your resource management strategy should be defined.

5 maturity levels are examined and evaluated, which represent a logical increase in the detailing of resource management. Each level of maturity is measured by 7 common dimensions.

saprima® supports you at all levels of your maturity level and allows you to easily climb from level to level.

For example, in saprima® it is possible to carry out resource planning on all project structure levels, regardless of whether portfolio, program, project, PSP or activity level. It is possible to use different resource planning methods.

It is seldom the case that all projects are carried out according to a method and / or a tool in a company. For scheduling it is not neccesary to hav all projects in one tool, because it is enough when the projektmanager maintains his projct in a tool and discuss all the relvant milstones in projectmeetings. It is more difficult to implement portfolio management or resource management. For portfoliomanagement, ideas must already be used as projects. And for resource management, all projects must be in the resource management tool in which a person can be booked. it becomes more complicated, because different structures are required for each discipline. The top level of the project is often sufficient for portfolio management. Resource management often requires something under it, and scheduling requires a very detailed structure.

Scenario planning with sparima®

For the Tool-based scenario planning, it is important that the scenario planning is not done directly with your current projects. Ideally you have in one tool all projects with the ressourceeffort and costdata available and can compare it with the scenarios.

In saprima® we have the following options:

  • Compare and analyze the scenario‘s with the current projects in

The flexibility and the architecture of saprima® allows these process steps directly in a web front end. An easy creation of reports and dashboards, allows to compare differnt scenario plans including the current project data. Scenario plans can be transferred to current plans. For comparison you can create with different scenarios and current projects, various “scenario portfolios” create.
